Engagement and Students
The Atlanta University Center Consortium, Inc. is adopting a comprehensive communication and management system for students, staff, and stakeholders associated with the Dual Degree Engineering Program. The company READY Education and its all-in-one campus experience management system, Campus Groups, have been selected for this service. Campus Groups allows for communication and management of programming and personnel to be centralized between Spelman College, Morehouse College, Morehouse School of Medicine, and Clark Atlanta University and is currently used at over 150 schools around the world. Services include survey tools for evaluation of student experiences, tracking and reporting tools to assess student needs and interactions, budgeting, and payment tools, workflows to aid in transparency and streamlining of processes, mobile app implementations to increase the likelihood of student engagement, and outreach tools to connect with industry and alumni. Currently, these tasks are accomplished using email or listservs managed by each AUCC-affiliated institution. The new Campus Groups solution will centralize communication and management using the aforementioned tools for increased effectiveness and efficiency.
AUCConnect is a campus experience management platform for dual degree engineering students that provides tools to increase engagement and track how and in what ways students engage.
