IDEA will use tools to increase achievement. They also aim to increase the value that student experiences will have to employers as future employers look to provide employment opportunities.

The campus experience management platform AUCConnect will be used to facilitate a career readiness and badging program for this purpose. Through the AUCConnect system, students can earn badges that can be highlighted to employers during the AUCC career fair. AUCConnect also provides a means for industry professionals to interact with current students through its Connections tool.
